Activate your number: Activation follows the timeframe applicable to your number and chosen network.

Yes. We serve customers across all six GCC countries: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman. You can choose a number and discuss booking with us on WhatsApp from abroad. For the activation process we support, the person registering the connection must be physically present in India and complete the operator's KYC. If a family member in India registers the connection, it will be in their name. A later transfer into your name requires the operator's approval, eligible relationship, and documentation. Waiting 90 days does not by itself guarantee eligibility. Contact us before booking to confirm the available options.

Jio Prepaid: Numbers specifically labelled "Jio Prepaid" activate instantly after KYC and submission of the activation request. Any Network: These numbers normally take 3–5 working days when activating on networks other than BSNL. BSNL: Activation takes 7 working days. The activation timeframe starts after you complete KYC and submit the activation request at an authorised retailer or network store—not when you pay for the number.

Activation must be completed through your chosen network's authorised retailer or store using the operator's official KYC process. For the process we support, bring your original Aadhaar card and attend in person for verification, including a live photograph. If porting is required, bring the UPC supplied to you. Any subsequent change of registered ownership is a separate request subject to the operator's eligibility rules, supporting documents, and approval.

If your number is not activated within seven working days after completing KYC and submitting the activation request, we will refund the amount you paid us for the number. This seven-working-day refund threshold applies to all numbers, including Jio Prepaid and BSNL.

Once your refund is confirmed, you will receive it within two working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
