1. What we do
Kerala Fancy Numbers connects buyers with premium mobile numbers. We facilitate the sale; number porting is subject to telecom provider rules.
2. Number availability
Listed numbers are subject to prior sale. Availability is confirmed at the time of purchase only.
3. Payment
Payments are processed only after number availability and price are confirmed over WhatsApp.
4. Number transfer / porting
KYC documentation is required under TRAI regulations. Transfer timelines depend on the telecom operator and are outside our control.
5. Refund policy
If a confirmed number becomes unavailable before transfer is initiated, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days. No refunds are available after the porting process has started.
6. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by telecom operators, regulatory changes, or the buyer's failure to provide correct KYC documents.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
